We just received word that Brock Lesnar will not face Shane Carwin at UFC 106. Dana White confirmed (with Kevin I of Y! Sports) that Brock has been ill for a few weeks & has been unable to train for the fight.

Dana White said he doesn't think Brock has H1N1 but Brock did confirm this is the worst he has ever felt in his life.

It is still unclear who Carwin's new opponent will be. There is speculation that Griffin vs. Ortiz could be moved to the main event.

As a huge Carwin fan myself this sucks bad. I was ready to see a new UFC Heavyweight champ crowned. Carwin was quoted saying "My heart just sank, as you can imagine,” Carwin said. “Hopefully, we’ll get it rescheduled soon."
