Training with Supplements

Last week I asked friends on Twitter what type of supplements they take before & after training if any. Here is what some of them had to say.

hans711 good old water and bananas before, chocolate bar w/ a mix of Endurox and water after.

JimmyVo I just do Whey shakes for post workout. Supplements are too much money.

x_tinaz I don't take anything yet but my trainer suggested taking something called Isagenix (spelling?)...

BRIANCMERRITT all about N.O. X-Plode. BSN is a great product.

ohitsbigron Muscle Milk immediately after Crossfit.

mmascrapsradio I try to drink at least 1 chocolate milk before every show ;)

Raider_Dave I take the Whey Protein post, need to do more though.

Willardmma I only take whey... Creatine makes me sick.

PJHarrison I am no expert on supplements I just try to read as much as possible before taking any. Currently I take Xyience Xelerate pre workout. I take MuscleTech/Cell-Tech creatine & Wheybolic Protein post. Again, I'm no expert but these seem to work well for me & my wife is happy with the results! Keep in mind physical activity is the main ingredient for the results you want.
